レンタルをご利用いただくお客様には当店のレンタル免責事項にご同意いただく必要がございます。

なお、あらかじめこちらを印刷し署名記入済みのものをご持参いただくと、当日に受付で記入する時間が省けます。

All guests renting equipment are asked to agree to our Rental Waiver.

If you print and sign it in advance, bringing it with you will help speed up check-in on the day of your visit.
